Twin Rose Farm is a five-acre farm in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. We grow specialty cut flowers for wholesale and our farm stand. Our first season, we grew a few veggies and some sunflowers on a couple of strips of earth. Now we have three high tunnels and an acre of cut flower production.
We started growing field grown flowers in 2017. Over the years we have learned a lot about growing many different varieties of flowers from seed, bulb, corm- you name it. The typical time we have flowers blooming is from the end of March-frost. We are working on adding more perennial flowers and woodies to our property.
Twin Rose Farm was named after 3 of our 4 daughters. (We named the farm before we had our 4th :) ) The girls will hopefully be more and more involved in the work around the farm as they get older.
We have done farmer’s markets, CSA subscriptions, weddings, sold wholesale flowers, made arrangements for many occasions, and just about any way you can sell flowers. Starting in 2025, we’ve decided to focus more time on the property and less time delivering and setting up at markets. Wholesale and specialty orders will still play a part in our process, but hoping to focus on growing more and selling directly from the farm.
